If it is a pimple or white head you can treat it with over the counter acne medicine. However, if the condition persists, you should have the spot checked by a dermatologist.
apply moisturizing cream on your entire face to make your skin healthy, and to get rid of dryness. Healthy skin can itself naturally fight with minor skin problems.
It might be beneficial to exfoliate your skin more often, to prevent this happening again, but DO NOT scrub it harshly.
I found this on how to remove them, however I don't recomend it cause it seems harsh
"if you are confident with your health and courage, you can cleanse your hands and face. Then wet a cloth with warm water and apply it to your face for a few minutes. Gently apply a sterile needle to the center of the little white bump to create a tiny opening in the skin.
Wrap your thumbs in a clean tissue and, using your thumbs, proceed to gently squeeze the contents of the little white bump out. Finally, cleanse the area of the extracted little white bump with an astringent."
This one sounds better:
"Hold a hot, wet face cloth over the skin for a few minutes - the temperature should feel comfortable, not painful. This simple facial sauna helps to loosen and remove dead skin cells and debris from the skin.
Use an exfoliating facial scrub to remove the top layer of skin, which can enable the cysts to fall out. These scrubs are available from the pharmacist and are the kind of facial wash used for treating mild acne. Those containing salicylic acid work well, but always read the label or ask the pharmacist to make sure the one you select is suitable for you. "
Your best bet is to go contact a beautician or your doctor to see what they recomend
Whatever you do don't pick at it needlessly, it will hurt, damage and possibly scar the skin, and may introduce a nasty infection.
Hi! if its a white spot like a skin discoloration like tinea flava or even acne you may apply a salicylic acid . use a cottons buds then dab the affected portion with it.
Salicylic acid is especially helpful in treating acne because of its ability to penetrate the follicle. It encourages the shedding of dead skin cells from within the follicle, helping keep the pores clear of cellular debris. In this way, it reduces the number of pore blockages and breakouts on the skin.
Common Directions
Over-the-counter salicylic acid products are found in strengths ranging from .5% to 2%. Typical use consists of a once-daily application. Of course, follow all directions printed on the package.
Depending on your preference, begin by using either salicylic acid pads or a salicylic acid lotion, cream, or gel. Do not use both. Using several salicylic acid products will excessively dry the skin, and will not clear acne any faster. After the skin is sufficiently clear, a salicylic acid wash or scrub can often be used in place of gels or pads to maintain clear skin.
try to search fore more detail about salycilic acid.
