• What types of conflict may occur in your team? How will you define team roles or functions to avoid conflict?
1. Misunderstanding of a point among members 2. Different Working style may arise ego problem 3. Different Attitude of different member may hamper the smoothness of the work etc. [ To avoid these I will help regular team meeting, discuss sensitive issues and set a common standard for all based on mutual co-operation ]
